Sharing Passwords
TorrinPass Premium lets you securely share passwords with others using end-to-end encryption.
How to Share a Password
Section titled “How to Share a Password”Step 1: Open the Password
Section titled “Step 1: Open the Password”Find and open the password you want to share.
Step 2: Tap Share
Section titled “Step 2: Tap Share”Tap the Share button in the password details.
Step 3: Choose Recipient
Section titled “Step 3: Choose Recipient”- Enter the recipient’s email address, OR
- Select from your TorrinPass contacts
Step 4: Confirm
Section titled “Step 4: Confirm”Review the details and tap Share. The password is encrypted and sent.
Step 5: Recipient Accepts
Section titled “Step 5: Recipient Accepts”The recipient receives a notification and can accept the shared password into their vault.
Managing Shared Passwords
Section titled “Managing Shared Passwords”View Shared Passwords
Section titled “View Shared Passwords”Go to Settings → Shared Passwords to see:
- Passwords you’ve shared with others
- Passwords others have shared with you
Revoke Access
Section titled “Revoke Access”- Open the shared password
- Tap Manage Sharing
- Tap Revoke next to the person’s name
- Confirm revocation
The recipient immediately loses access.
Security
Section titled “Security”- End-to-end encrypted — Only the recipient can decrypt
- Zero-knowledge — TorrinPass never sees the password
- Revocable — Remove access anytime
