Is TorrinPass free?
Section titled “Is TorrinPass free?”Yes! The free plan includes 20 passwords with all security features. Premium ($2.99/month) offers unlimited passwords and sharing.
What devices are supported?
Section titled “What devices are supported?”TorrinPass is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 15.0 or later.
Security
Section titled “Security”Can TorrinPass see my passwords?
Section titled “Can TorrinPass see my passwords?”No. TorrinPass uses zero-knowledge encryption. Your passwords are encrypted on your device, and we never have access to your master password or data.
What encryption does TorrinPass use?
Section titled “What encryption does TorrinPass use?”AES-256-GCM for data encryption, PBKDF2 with 210,000 iterations for key derivation, and P256 ECIES for password sharing.
What if I forget my master password?
Section titled “What if I forget my master password?”Unfortunately, we cannot recover your master password or data. This is by design (zero-knowledge). We recommend writing down your master password and storing it securely.
Is my data safe if my phone is stolen?
Section titled “Is my data safe if my phone is stolen?”Yes. Your data is encrypted and protected by your master password. Enable Find My iPhone to remotely wipe your device if needed.

Section titled “Does TorrinPass work offline?”Yes! TorrinPass is offline-first. All your passwords are stored locally and available without internet.
Can I use TorrinPass as my authenticator app?
Section titled “Can I use TorrinPass as my authenticator app?”Yes! TorrinPass has a built-in 2FA authenticator that generates TOTP codes, even offline.
Can I share passwords with family?
Section titled “Can I share passwords with family?”Yes, with Premium. Password sharing uses end-to-end encryption so only the recipient can see the password.
Can I import from other password managers?
Section titled “Can I import from other password managers?”Yes! TorrinPass supports import from 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, Dashlane, Chrome, and Safari.
Account
Section titled “Account”How do I create an account?
Section titled “How do I create an account?”Download TorrinPass, tap “Create Account”, enter your email, and create a master password.
How do I change my master password?
Section titled “How do I change my master password?”Settings → Security → Change Master Password. You’ll need to enter your current password.
How do I delete my account?
Section titled “How do I delete my account?”Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data.
Subscription
Section titled “Subscription”How do I upgrade to Premium?
Section titled “How do I upgrade to Premium?”Settings → Upgrade to Premium. Payment is handled through your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Section titled “How do I cancel my subscription?”Go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → TorrinPass → Cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
Section titled “Do you offer refunds?”Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”2FA codes aren’t working
Section titled “2FA codes aren’t working”Make sure your device’s time is set automatically (Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically).
Sync isn’t working
Section titled “Sync isn’t working”Check your internet connection. Pull down to refresh. If issues persist, try signing out and back in.
App is slow
Section titled “App is slow”Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact support.
