Welcome to TorrinPass. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Section titled “1. Acceptance of Terms”By downloading, installing, or using TorrinPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Section titled “2. Description of Service”TorrinPass is a password management application that:
- Stores your passwords securely using AES-256-GCM encryption
- Generates strong passwords
- Provides built-in 2FA authentication
- Syncs encrypted data across your devices
3. Account Registration
Section titled “3. Account Registration”To use TorrinPass, you must:
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a strong master password
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and master password.
4. Master Password Responsibility
Section titled “4. Master Password Responsibility”We strongly recommend:
- Writing down your master password and storing it securely
- Using a memorable but strong passphrase
- Saving backup codes provided during 2FA setup
5. Acceptable Use
Section titled “5. Acceptable Use”You agree NOT to:
- Use TorrinPass for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the application
- Interfere with the service’s operation
- Share your account with others
- Violate any applicable laws
6. Subscription and Payment

Section titled “Free Tier”- 20 passwords included
- All security features
- No payment required
Premium Subscription
Section titled “Premium Subscription”- $2.99/month (prices may vary by region)
- Billed through Apple App Store
- Cancel anytime through Apple ID settings
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Section titled “7. Intellectual Property”TorrinPass and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy or modify the application
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works
8. Privacy
Section titled “8. Privacy”Your use of TorrinPass is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “9. Disclaimer of Warranties”TorrinPass is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted
- The service will be error-free
- Defects will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “10. Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data (you are responsible for backups)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
11. Indemnification
Section titled “11. Indemnification”You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
Section titled “12. Termination”By You
Section titled “By You”You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service
13. Changes to Terms
Section titled “13. Changes to Terms”We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
14. Governing Law
Section titled “14. Governing Law”These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Section titled “15. Dispute Resolution”Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Severability
Section titled “16. Severability”If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. Entire Agreement
Section titled “17. Entire Agreement”These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TorrinPass.
